Returns & Customer Satisfaction
At Kaboomstick 3DP, every product is designed, manufactured, and packed with care.
Because our products are manufactured in small batches and are intended for outdoor installation, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement, repair, or other appropriate solution.
If you have questions about compatibility with your pool before ordering, we’re always happy to help. We’d rather answer a question beforehand than have you order something that isn’t right for your setup.
